The Bet on YOU journal is designed to build mental strength, confidence, and belief to develop the mindset needed to succeed in sports and life. Through daily mindset training, gratitude, and self-reflection, athletes build habits of resilience, unlock peak performance, and create lasting confidence in competition and in life.
Each journal entry challenges your thinking, helps you overcome setbacks, and reinforces the mindset and habits that set elite athletes apart. By consistently using this journal, you’ll train your mind the same way you train your body so you can perform your best when it matters most.

OPTIONAL PARENT GUIDE
A balance between a supporting involvement without putting too much pressure is needed by the parents of young athletes. To prevent burnout and dropout and to facilitate future practice, parents should be counseled by sports educators on how to positively support their children concerning their sports experience.
A Parent's Guide to Supporting Their Athlete has all the tools need to be a game-changer for parents and athletes alike.
